Topic 2: Coaching Your Volunteers to Be Their Best Coach your volunteers to take charge. This training will go over different coaching methods that will inspire your volunteers to excellence. Topic 3: How to Successfully Delegate Learn how to delegate projects, events, tasks and committee work to your volunteers in a way that promotes buy-in and reciprocity. Topic 4: Creating an Environment that Motivates Your Volunteers Learn how to motivate your volunteers by reminding them of the larger purpose at hand and pointing them toward organizational goals. Earn a certificate for completing all 4 modules! This class is interactive as well as discussion orientated.
