Join us for our upcoming Taste The Arts event on October 15th\, 2022. Experience three city blocks of art\, culture and wellness activities happening right in the heart of Downtown Visalia as local artists display their work along Garden Street\, with booths lined from Garden Street Plaza to Oak Street.\n\n \n\nFestivalgoers can participate in a wide variety of free activities\, including the My Voice Media Center Art Cafe\, the Visalia Farmer's Market Food Sculpture Challenge\, COS Printworks Interactive Small Block Printing\, Grace Note Music Studio Instrument Petting Zoo\, and live art demonstrations. Watch art come alive! Try your hand at contests\, admire and purchase the beautiful art and unique crafts for sale\, then take a break and watch the performing artists on two stages packed with a full day of live performances! You'll also enjoy the wide variety of food vendors we have to offer stop for lunch\, enjoy a dessert\, or just relax with a coffee. \n\n \n\nAmpelio Mejia Perez\, Executive Director of the Arts Consortium\, says\, "We continue adding interactive offerings for the entire family\, so you will be sure to find something for everyone. We are especially glad to feature our 2022 Artist of the Year\, Francisco Alonzo\, at the free printmaking demonstration area!"
