Miller discusses Exeter's four hospitals\, including three that were privately funded and the non-profit public hospital\, Memorial Hospital of Exeter (MHE). He lays the foundation with shorter explorations of the first three hospitals and then turns his focus on MHE and the overall impact that it had on the community.
