This presentation will cover the current state of California COVID-19 leave laws and Cal/OSHA Emergency Regulations regarding workplace safety in relation to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The presentation will go in depth to provide details on situations management will need to know to effectively handle their staff. Topics to be covered include\, but are not limited to: managing time off\, paid leave\, and maintaining operations\; paid sick leave eligibility\; scanning for fevers and other symptoms\; requiring medical exams and self-isolation\; and mandated vaccination. \;

Kevin B. Piercy is an Associate Attorney at Raimondo &\; Associates where he provides assistance to clients in matters pertaining to employment law\, wage and hour\, and litigation.
