DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the newest Spark Tank award winners and discover local start-up businesses focusing on people and the planet as well as profit. This year's awards will be given out on June 16\, 2022\, from 12:15   12:45 pm at Fresno Pacific University's Culture and Arts Center\, located at 4837 E Townsend Ave (the corner of Garden and Townsend Ave). The CCT Social Enterprise and Micro-businesses will put their goods and services on display. Drop in anytime between 11 am   2 pm to experience this event's Social Enterprise EXPO portion.\n\nEvery year the CCT runs the Spark Tank Social Enterprise Pitch Fest. Think of it as Shark Tank\, but without the scary teeth! In Spark Tank\, entrepreneurs\, churches\, and faith-based organizations with a clear revenue stream and intended social and/or environmental impact can pitch their idea to a panel of judges for a chance to receive up to $25\,000 in start-up investment. We have helped catalyze more than 50 social enterprises in the valley since 2013.
