DESCRIPTION:Tucoemas is celebrating its 6th annual Hats for Hope event. On October 5th 2013 Tucoemas opens its doors to inspire the community to knit\, crochet\, and loom hats for cancer patients. Tucoemas collects the donated hats and distributes them to the cancer treatment facilities in and around Tulare County.\n\n	 \n\n	Over the last five years Hats for Hope has provided more than 25\,000 hats to local medical facilities. The open house brings the community together to celebrate life and give hope to patients struggling with cancer. \n\n	 \n\n	HOW YOU CAN HELP\n\n	\n		Make a Hat (all sizes are needed -  adult\, male\, & female)\n	\n		Donate a Hat (all sizes are needed -  adult\, male\, & female)\n	\n		Donate Hat Making Supplies (Yarn\, looms\, & needles)\n	\n		Lap Robes are also needed (3 x 5 lap blanket)\n	\n		Not able to attend the event? Drop off your knitted hats\, blankets or donations to any of our branches.\n	\n		Cash/Check donations to the American Cancer Society.
