DESCRIPTION:The Visalia Parks & Recreation Department presents Open Mic Night at the Arts Consortium's First Friday Explore the Visalia Art District. We welcome singers\, dancers\, poets\, comedians\, actors and musicians to a night of entertainment at our event. We support local talent by providing a venue\, stage\, mic and sound! Performance sign-ups begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. Participants are required to bring any additional gear for their performance. A total of seven minutes will be allotted for each artist. All genres are welcome. Performances must be of good taste\; profane words and hateful messages will not be tolerated.
