The guest speaker is Beth Jurco\, Orientation and Mobility specialist with Valley Center for the Blind.  Valley Center for the Blind provides people with vision loss and the training and support they need to be able to live independently.\n\n \n\nQuail Park on Cypress is located at 4520 W.
