DESCRIPTION:Faith Lisle's presentation will address how\n\nnearly all California employers will need to\n\nmake significant changes to their PTO or sick\n\nleave polices\, practices and wage statements in\n\nlight of the new paid sick leave law. A few areas\n\nshe will focus on include:\n\nBasics of employer compliance and resources\n\nImpact on time and attendance policies\n\nCalculating payment to employees\n\nBio:\n\nFaith Lisle practices in the areas of employment\n\ncompliance and litigation. She assists employers\n\nin disputes involving claims of unpaid wages\,\n\ndiscrimination\, harassment\, retaliation and\n\nwrongful termination. Ms. Lisle also drafts\n\nemployment agreements and employment\n\nhandbooks. Additional areas of representation\n\ninclude general civil litigation matters\n\nincluding breach of contract\, torts and\n\ncommercial collections.\n\nFaith is a lifelong resident of Fresno and a\n\ngraduate of Fresno State University and San\n\nJoaquin College of Law. She is an active member\n\nof several professional associations including\n\nserving as SHRM Tulare/Kings chapter legislative\n\ndirector.
