DESCRIPTION:A.J. Driscoll is an Associate Attorney with Yrulegui and Roberts and has been practicing Workers Compensation law for 5 years. Following his graduation from San Diego State University and San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno\, Mr. Driscoll went directly into the specialty of Workers Compensation.\n\nDuring his practice\, Mr. Driscoll has focused his areas of practice on litigation and early case resolution\, and has placed a particular emphasis on agriculture related injuries\, seasonal/migrant workers and fostering relationships with local businesses and farms.\n\nMr. Driscoll is currently the Vice President of the Fresno Industrial Claims Association.\n\nIn addition to his work as an Attorney\, Mr. Driscoll is also a volunteer Reserve Deputy Sheriff in Madera County\, which he believes compliments his practice of law.\n\n  AJ will be discussing topics which center on the interplay\n\nbetween a claim for an industrial injury and the impact that is has on an employer\, including but not limited to privacy issues.\n\n  Required documentation and DWC forms\n\n  Best practices for the administration of claims in order to limit liability from industrial claims.
