Lee Iacocca lists 9 Cs as fundamental building blocks to acquiring leadership skills: curiosity\, creative\, communicate\, character\, courage\, conviction\, charisma\, competent\, and common sense.\n\n\n\nYou are invited to learn why these qualities are fundamental and how you can apply these qualities to improve your leadership skills. Martha Fry completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development in 1988 while working full-time for the Southern California Gas Company. Beginning in August 2000 and continuing for 18 years\, Martha taught job prep skills as an adjunct college instructor and interviewed supervisors during student internships for the Vocational Work Experience Business Certificate Programs at Fresno City College. Martha also taught technical report writing and business writing skills to employees at organizations contracted with the Training Institute at Fresno City College. This month\, Martha will begin teaching "Behavioral-Based Interview Skills" for the Training Resource Center at the College of the Sequoias. \n\n\n\nRegister: www.shrmtularekings.org
