Bring your notepad and questions to get the most out of this session!\n\n\n\nBreakfast will be served \n\n\n\nAbout our speaker: Faith Driscoll serves as United Health Centers' Chief Legal Officer\, advising executive leadership on the company's strategic initiatives and providing legal counsel. Ms. Driscoll has more than 10 years of advisory and litigation experience in labor and employment\, health care\, corporate and board governance\, and more. Prior to joining UHC\, she worked in private practice advising employer clients and representing them in court\, as well as before the ALRB\, OSHA\, the EEOC\, Civil Rights Department (formerly the DFEH) and Labor Commissioner in all stages of litigation. She also conducted workplace investigations\, wage and hour audits\, and employee training. When she isn't fighting the good fight\, Ms. Driscoll volunteers her time to improve our community by serving on the board of directors SHRM T/K and for a guild of Valley Children's Hospital.\n\nC.E.
