JOIN SEQUOIA RIVERLANDS TRUST as we celebrate wildlife, open spaces and nature preserves with our 3rd Annual Kaweah Oaks Preserve 5K Trail Run. Last year, we had more than 220 registered participants that either ran or walked the beautiful 5K course through Kaweah Oaks Preserve’s oak and sycamore woodlands. What a way to celebrate Earth Day!
This year, we anticipate a far greater turnout as we gather to enhance awareness about our region’s natural resources and together make an enduring impact on land conservation in the southern Sierra Nevada and San Joaquin Valley.
Saturday, April 14, 2012 - Same day registrations will be accepted only between 6:30 and 7:30am. Preserve gates open at 6:30am and race begins at 8:00AM.
