Arts Visalia Presents: Christina Brunk and Beckie Ballew Nava

Local photographers Christina Brunk and Beckie Ballew Nava are on display January 4th through January 27th at Arts Visalia Visual Art Center. There will be an opening reception on January 5th from 5:30 ? 7:30 pm. An Artist Talk will be held on January 6th, 2:00 pm at Arts Visalia. In ?Highlands,? Christina Brunk explores the personal journey of grieving the loss of her sister through documenting the Scottish Highlands. Beckie Ballew Nava?s ?Light, Color, Near & Far? exhibit showcases serene nature photography from around the country. February will bring the assemblage and collage work of Raphaele Cohen-Bacry to Arts Visalia. Cohen-Bacry reflects on the individual?s ability to overcome the challenges of the world by reconstructing broken pieces into a sublime state. ?Metamorphosis? will be on display February 1st through February 24th, 2024. The opening reception will be Friday February 2nd, 5:30 pm ? 7:30 pm.
