In June, Arts Visalia showcases the work of various artists in the annual community show. This year?s theme is ?Proud.? Artists of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities will be showing the world what they are proud of. The exhibition runs from Thursday, June 6th ? Saturday, June 29th, 2024, with an Opening Reception on Friday June 7th from 5:30 pm ? 7:30 pm. July at Arts Visalia brings the work of Heidi Steinman and Len Davis to the galleries. Steinman?s work explores the transformative power of light to create mood, highlight color and texture, bring its subject matter to life in art. Davis works in assemblage, collage, drawing, and works on paper which revolve around themes of everyday life. The exhibition runs from Thursday, July 4th ? Saturday, July 27th, 2024. Arts Visalia is now offering a round-trip bus tour to The Getty Museum on June 29, 2024. Enjoy a day filled with culture, art, and fun! Arts Visalia?s Bus Tours are a great way to get away for a day. Ticket includes round trip bus fare, entry into The Getty, and one raffle ticket entry. Limited wheelchair accessible seating available.
