During the Great Recession, companies across the nation cut 22 million jobs. In 2022, companies struggled with the Great Resignation and a tight labor market.  After coming out of a pandemic to experiencing the Great Resignation and a possible recession on the way, we want to make sure employers are aware of the Work Sharing program.
