Daniel Klingenberger has more than 30 years of experience representing companies with  employment litigation and discrimination. In addition, he works with employers on union/management issues, including union organizing, picketing and work stoppages. He represents employers in collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitration involving employee discipline and contractual disputes. He also counsels employers on the development of employee handbooks and other company policies.
