The Visalia Employer Advisory Council in partnership with the Employment Development Department present 2021 Employment Law Updates Tuesday, April 13, 2021
Staying up to date on changes in employment law continues to be a challenge for employers. The new statutes include an expansion of the CA Family Rights Act to employers with 5 or more employees, codification of the presumption that an employee with COVID-19 contracted the virus at work, extensive reporting requirements for employers with 100 or more employees, new reporting and tracking requirements for COVID-19.
Daniel K. Klingenberger Esq, LeBeau-Thelen Daniel K. Klingenberger has more than 30 years of experience representing companies with employment litigation and discrimination. In addition, he works with employers on union/management issues, including union organizing, picketing, and work stoppages.
