Entrepreneurship and small business development are vital to the success of economic development in Visalia and Tulare County. We believe that entrepreneurs and small business owners are crucial for a thriving community and economy. Owning and operating a business can be challenging. It requires dedication, patience, a variety of skills, and of course, money. The Visalia Chamber wants to support the dreams of those individuals who want to be entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Tonight, Attorney Bob Ainley from Downling Aaron LLC will discuss the importance of choosing a legal entity for a business as well as discuss what the legal entities mean for a business moving forward. Bob will also talk to the class about when it would be appropriate to hire an attorney and what types of issues are common for small businesses.
