Steven Richman is a preeminent authority in international trade and commercial law, specializing in cross-border dispute resolution, global supply chains, and international contracting. He advises on the legal complexities of doing business overseas, including distributorship networks, agency agreements, and trade compliance. A former Chair of the ABA International Law Section and a delegate to the United Nations, Steven has a distinguished record of shaping international legal standards. His expertise extends to advising on high-level conventions, such as the Hague Judgments Convention and the Singapore Mediation Convention. In addition to his trade practice, Steven is a global leader in legal technology, currently serving as Co-Chair of the IBA Presidential Task Force on Artificial Intelligence. He is a graduate of New York University Law School and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and California.
