Arts Consortium presents Rosalinda Verde Alexander's artist of the year gallery show, opening reception. F1rst Friday is an Arts Consortium FREE program that takes place every first Friday of the month. Participating businesses in downtown Visalia open their doors from 5:00pm – 8:00pm and host artwork from local artists, regional artists, authors, or interactive activities. It is always a unique experience.
