If you are in danger of losing your home to foreclosure or want to learn more about available options, the foreclosure prevention workshop is for you.  You will learn definitions of common lending terms, learn how to communicate with your lender and learn about mortgage solution options available to you, such as refinancing, loan modification and repayment plans.

You will also learn about foreclosure scams and how to avoid them.  Presenters will speak about causes of the mortage crisis, warning signs of scam operations and tips to avoiding scams.
