What:
A public meeting to review the Visalia Unified School District response to the delay and potential loss of matching funds from the State of California.
Where:
VUSD Board room, 5000 W. Cypress Ave.
When:
Thursday, Nov. 6, 6 to 8 p.m.
Why:
There is no state bond on the November ballot, so VUSD projects must be delayed or put on hold, until additional funding becomes available. Presenters will review what has been accomplished, and what the lack of state funding means for plans for additional improvements to our schools.
Community input is needed. Superintendent Craig Wheaton
and consultants will be available for questions.
For information, call Visalia Unified School District at 730-7300.
