Kaweah Delta Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening
People who are 60 years or older or have a family history of abdominal aortic aneurysms have the chance to be tested for the condition for free on Saturday, June 28, in Visalia.
Kaweah Delta Health Care District is hosting the abdominal aortic aneurysm screening in partnership with vascular surgeons Omar Araim, M.D., Matthew Campbell, M.D., and LaMar Mack, M.D., from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Kaweah Delta Imaging Center, 4949 W. Cypress Ave. To get screened, people must register in advance by calling 625-9503. Those people being tested should wear comfortable clothes and should not eat or drink anything six hours before their appointment.
