March on Main Street
April is National Child Abuse Prevention Awareness month. CASA of Tulare County and the Tulare County Child Abuse Prevention Council would like you to join us as we kick of child abuse prevention awareness month. At Garden St. Plaza there will be a short program and information booths from collaborative agencies as well as face painting for the kids!
