MAYOR, VICE MAYOR TO HOLD STATE OF THE CITY PRESENTATION
 
Mayor Steve Nelsen and Vice Mayor Warren Gubler will present a "State of the City" presentation at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, in the Charter Oak Ballroom of the Visalia Convention Center, 303 E. Acequia Ave.
 
The presentation will include discussion of the City budget, bright sides in business growth, updates on the drought, homelessness and the upcoming District Elections in 2016, and an update on present City projects as well as a look to the future. A question-and-answer period will follow. Light refreshments will be served.
