The Hillcrest Tree Farm and Wahtoke Railroad is presenting its annual Fall Pumpkin Patch beginning October 5th through the 27th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. Every weekend, we will be featuring exquisite half scale custom built narrow gauge railroad steam locomotives, cars, and other equipment from the Hillcrest & Wahtoke, Railroad for the public to ride. This will be railroading as it was in the late 1800’s, along with the excitement of an old fashion fall pumpkin patch! Visit the pumpkin patch, get the biggest pumpkin you can carry, hear great stories and ride the live steam trains running approximately every 20 minutes. Experience the thrill of riding the rails on a train pulled by a live steam engine, re-live the sites and sounds of railroading’s golden age and for the real train lover, rent an engine and experience what it is like to operate a live steam engine.
