California Water Service invites our community partners and neighbors to join us on an educational tour of our newly constructed water treatment plant, which will ensure the water provided to our Visalia District customers meets the new state regulation for 1,2,3-trichloropropane (TCP).
 
Highlights:
•             Overview of state and federal water quality standards
•             Information on the process to remove TCP from the water
•             Question and answer session with water quality experts
•             Treatment plant tour
•             Ribbon-cutting ceremony and a light lunch
