Understanding Personality Styles for Better Teamwork
MARCH 10TH 2026
Unlock the power of your team using the Insights Discovery model— a simple, color-based approach that helps people better understand themselves and each other. By learning about the four color energies, you’ll see how different personalities communicate, make decisions, and work together. In this session, Lorenza will show you how understanding your own color style can help you improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and create stronger, more trusting relationships at work. You’ll discover how small shifts in awareness can make a big difference in teamwork, collaboration, and overall performance. Join Lorenza to learn how using the language of color can help your team work better together and achieve greater success.
