The experience of Mrs. California pageant in 2004, catapulted Mona with a platform of coaching, public speaking and inspiring young women as individuals and in the workplace. After 10 years in the Banking industry Mona transitioned into Human Resources and has been working as the Sr. HR & Payroll Manager for the past 5 1/2 yrs for DAMM FINE FOODS.

With just under 500 employees with Blaze Pizza and 20 more locations to open in the next 2 years for Dave's Hot Chicken Mona serves both LLC's along with the HR team conducting HR Audits, HR investigations, Payroll Oversite for both companies amongst many more HR facets including and still developing COVID coaching within the DAMM FINE FOODS team.
