Help prevent these mistakes with the California-mandated Supervisor Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
State law requires all employers with 50 or more employees (including temporary workers and independent contractors) to provide all supervisors with a minimum of two hours of training every two years on how to recognize, correct, and prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. Additionally, new supervisors must be trained within six months of hire or taking on the supervisor role.
This interactive training is in compliance with California AB 1825, and is conducted by a SinglePoint Outsourcing HR Consultant with vast training experience.
