Survivorship Conference

Join us for our 2015 Central Valley Cancer Survivorship Conference on May 8th beginning at 9:00 a.m. This program is a free, one-day event for adult cancer survivors effective by any type of cancer18 years and older, health professionals, caregivers, and co-survivors. You will have the opportunity to learn about current survivorship research, understanding survivorship care plans, how music can promote well-being and healing, and how to manage stress in survivorship. You?ll also be entertained by our MC, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Survivor, Ryan McCormick. We hope you?ll enjoy a fun day filled with opportunities to laugh, learn and be uplifted.
