Louie Medina was a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He continued to serve his country through his 47 years of dedicated services tot he American Legion Sierra Post 785. Louie never met a stranger, he welcomed everyone he met with a remarkably strong handshake. With his many years in the restaurant industry, he was just naturally our head cook for nearly all of our events. He was a long time leader of the Post, always ready to work, whatever the task. At the time of his passing, Louie was the Commander of Sierra Post 785 and he is sorely missed.
