Tulare County Library Book Festival
The festival attracted over 3,000 people last year, and we’re very excited for the amazing authors we have lined up this year: Isabel Quintero, Christina Lynch and Kasie West, plus there will be food trucks, vendors, storytelling, workshops and more!
