The Tulare County Library Foundation, along with Tulare County Library and Friends of Tulare County Library presents The Spooky Book Festival. The Library proudly continues our annual tradition to grow literacy and connectivity in our community with our 3rd Tulare County Library Book Festival. The entirely virtual festival runs for three days, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 15-17, 2020. This spooktacular festival includes virtual live author events, book clubs, cooking demonstrations, haunted history, FREE books and giveaways, film discussions, children’s “take and make” crafts, storytime, and much more. This FREE festival features spooky fun for all ages.
