UC Master Gardeners Plant Propagation Workshop

Join the Tulare & Kings Master Gardeners at their Mill Creek Fairway Demo Garden in Visalia to learn five types of plant propagation. Experienced  MGs will be on hand to demonstrate propagation by soft wood cuttings, division, stem cutting water rooting, succulents and seeds. The workshop will take place in the drought tolerant/native plant garden planted and maintained by the MGs along Mill Creek. While visiting this garden you will also want to stroll along the winding path and enjoy the sights and aromas.

October is the best planting month in Tulare and Kings Counties. Learn 5 methods of making new plants from existing plants AND take them all home with you for your own garden.  Get advice for planting and growing these new plants too.
