Starting at noon on October 8th through noon on October 9th, our CEO, Michael Simmon, and the Visalia Rescue Mission will participate in a nationwide event called Conversations on a Bench.

For 24 hours, Michael will sit on a bench in front of the Rescue Mission, welcoming community members into real conversations about homelessness, poverty, and hope. He will also be manning our Mission Coffee cart, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, sit on the bench, and talk to him.
