Staffing Recruiter

The job duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
  • Design, develop, and maintain the recruitment process in your Branch in accordance with corporate directives (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Ensure that onboarding and human resources files are kept properly and in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Perform new employee orientations and onboarding, as well as employee relations and exit interviews.
  • Communicate recruiting strategies with Branch Manager and advise on talent market data insights, the latest sourcing tools and approaches, candidate profiles, and interviewing best practices.
  • Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions written by others.
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes job postings.
  • Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs.
  • Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills: efficiency, friendliness, and positive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort in speaking to small and larger groups of people
  • A complete understanding of confidentiality and will protect confidential information at all times
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
  • A desire to work well as part of a team but also the ability to work independently
  • A desire to continually learn more and grow as an employee and person
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
