The job duties of this position include but are not limited to:Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skillsDesign, develop, and maintain the recruitment process in your Branch in accordance with corporate directives (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)Ensure that onboarding and human resources files are kept properly and in
