As the Community Action Agency for Tulare County, CSET's mission is to inspire youth, families, and communities to achieve self-reliance through innovative pathways and collaboration. Our purpose is to reduce the causes of poverty. We envision healthy and safe communities where everyone has the opportunity to participate and be competitive in the challenging economy.

CSET serves to reveal the greatness that is in everyone, by providing education and training, facilitating youth and community development, and creating job training and employment resources.
