About Us

Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is a private nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing quality health care to all. With more than 50 sites across Fresno, Kern, Kings, and Tulare counties, plus mobile units that travel throughout the Central Valley, FHCN meets individuals and families where they are.

FHCN offers primary care, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, adult and children’s dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, internal medicine, behavioral health, case management, community health services, and insurance eligibility assistance. Transportation services and expanded hours help make care more accessible.

FHCN’s PACE program helps older adults live safely and independently at home through coordinated medical care, social support, and personalized services. FHCN also promotes literacy through the BookNook, a community retail bookstore that expands access to books, encourages family reading habits, and hosts literacy events and arts activities.
