Julia Fracker began as the Development and Marketing Manager for the St. Anthony Retreat Center and Conference Centers in November, 2019.  She came to Three Rivers by way of Las Cruces, NM where she served as Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Las Cruces.  She has also worked as Principal of a small Catholic school in Alamogordo, NM as well as Director of Adult Faith Formation and RCIA for a large parish in San Antonio.

Throughout her career, Julia has been a successful marketer, teacher, presenter and event planner.  Julia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Master’s of Arts in Theology, and a Graduate Certificate in Catholic School Leadership.
