Community Services Employment Training (CSET) is seeking a strategic and experienced Deputy Director to support executive leadership and help drive impactful programs that serve our communities. This key leadership role partners closely with the Executive Director to oversee operations, guide teams, and advance CSET’s mission of empowering individuals and strengthening families.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight of daily operations across programs and departments
  • Support strategic planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, service delivery, and outcomes
  • Supervise and support program leadership, fostering accountability and professional growth
  • Represent CSET with community partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies
  • Assist the Executive Director with organizational planning, reporting, and decision-making
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit, public sector, or human services environment
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with program oversight, compliance, budgeting, or grant-funded programs preferred
