30th Anniversary Annual Meeting

Hello Members, Partners & Friends of VEDC,

We are looking forward to our Annual Meeting, set for 8:00 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2026, at the Wyndham Hotel.

We are working to secure sponsorships to cover the event costs, and we welcome your support. Each has a corresponding level of acknowledgment, such as advance promotion, news release, and recognition in the E-newsletter.

The levels are:

$2,500 Sponsor: Recognition in the news release; logo placement in the VEDC E-newsletter; logo placement in the printed program; brief comments from the podium, if desired; table of 8.

$1,000 Sponsor: Recognition in the news release; recognition in the Enewsletter; logo placement in the printed event program; table of 8.

$750 Sponsor: Recognition in the E-newsletter; logo placement in the event program; table of 8.

$500 Sponsor: Logo placement in the event program.

A table of 8 is available for $300 per table.

All sponsorship commitments must be received by June 13, 2026.

We are asking all sponsors to request an invoice or pay by credit card.
