This in-person 40-hour training is designed to give participants the skills needed to safely operate, program, and troubleshoot FANUC industrial robots used in manufacturing. After completing the course, trainees will be able to safely jog and operate a robot, create and modify material handling programs, recover from common faults, and manage robot files and I/O signals. Participants will use FANUC robot controllers (R-J3iB through R-30iB) with HandlingTool application software and teach pendants. The class combines classroom instruction with hands-on lab exercises on industrial robot work cells. All exercises include recommended safety procedures. A pre-assessment and post- ssessment exam are administered to measure knowledge gained.
