Faith Lisle’s presentation will address how
nearly all California employers will need to
make significant changes to their PTO or sick
leave polices, practices and wage statements in
light of the new paid sick leave law. A few areas
she will focus on include:
Basics of employer compliance and resources
Impact on time and attendance policies
Calculating payment to employees
Bio:
Faith Lisle practices in the areas of employment
compliance and litigation. She assists employers
in disputes involving claims of unpaid wages,
discrimination, harassment, retaliation and
wrongful termination. Ms. Lisle also drafts
employment agreements and employment
handbooks. Additional areas of representation
include general civil litigation matters
including breach of contract, torts and
commercial collections.
Faith is a lifelong resident of Fresno and a
graduate of Fresno State University and San
Joaquin College of Law. She is an active member
of several professional associations including
serving as SHRM Tulare/Kings chapter legislative
director.
