 FACILITIES AND GROUNDS WORKER I / II STATUS: Non-Exempt SALARY: $45,500 - $77,500 per year ($21.88 - $37.26 per hour) SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Maintenance Lead, the Facilities and Grounds Worker I will individually or as a member of a crew, perform a wide variety of skilled/unskilled routine landscaping, grounds maintenance functions, semi-skilled manual work, clean-up, preventive maintenance and repair work at buildings and facilities while ensuring stations are maintained at the highest level
